If you're concerned that we'll say hi, throw you a kettlebell, and start the timer, don't sweat it: no flying blind allowed
. We require all new members with less than extensive CrossFit experience to take part in our "On-Ramp" program, either in small groups or individually. During On-Ramp, new 323ers learn the basic movements that make up most WODs (Workouts Of the Day), how to execute them with ideal form and safety, and why they are intrinsic to fitness progress and performance.
Each session builds on what you've already learned, so On-Ramps #1-4 must be done in chronological order and all four classes are mandatory. Then, upon completion of the course, new members can jump into regular classes with fresh familiarity and increased confidence. BAM!
SMALL GROUP ON-RAMP
CrossFit newcomers benefit from a trainer's close attention and guidance, as well as meeting other rookies on the same path, inevitably from varied fitness backgrounds and with different fitness goals. The Small Group On-Ramp program cost is included within your first month's membership.

Whether due to scheduling needs, past injuries, or pure preference, some new members choose private training for their On-Ramp intro course in lieu of the complimentary small group scenario. Covering the same material, but more flexible and customizable, our Private On-Ramp Package includes 5 one-on-one personal training sessions to be scheduled between you and one of our trainers.
After completion of the course, On-Rampers can either continue with private sessions
or become an unlimited monthly member
and start attending regular classes with the greater 323 community.
